Whilst we will always strive to give the best possible service to our customers, some factors Please note that couriers are still not guaranteeing a next day delivery though 95% are being delivered on time. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on late deliveries as this is outside our control, we will however continue to monitor deliveries and chase the couriers should the delivery not be on time.
We charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee for all returns plus carriage charges. VAT will be charged on top of the returns and carriage costs.
Special order items cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed (these include such items as bespoke printed lanyards and badges)
All returns must be requested by email and made within 24 hours of receipt. All items must be in their original box, and in mint condition. All packaging must also be free of damage and as new.
Items that are received damaged or incorrcet must be reported within 24 hours. We are unable to accept claims that are made outside of this period. Replacement products will be sent out within 24 hours, subject to availability.
